Please pay a visit to your kitchen (yes, that room where you keep the fridge and micro-wave oven, hahaha...) Try open the door of the fridge,you should be able to find some fresh,nutritious vegetables and fruits. Then look inside the shelf to see whether there is any canned vegetables,tasty soup paste,dried fruits and crispy cornflakes. These low carolies food are very helpful to your weight loss programs. And don't forget, do all your preparations in the kitchen!
