7. Complacent
"I lost 5kg,I should drink to it with my buddies!"
Forget the idea! My friend,even if you have a little success in weight loss, just losing 5kg or 10kg of weight and become complacent, then it is very likely that when we next meet, you are back to be that good old "chubby John" again. If you manage to lose a little weight, the best way to celebrate is to buy yourself a pair of new pants which is one size smaller.

5. Cutting Down On Sleeping Hours
"Ok, since I'm so plump, guess cutting down on my sleep is the only way to waste away the fats." Can reducing sleeping hours get rid of excess flesh? Reserchers had done the following experiment : A group of healthy men were made to reduce their sleeping hours by 4 - 7 hours, making 6 days a cycle.
