0360 Helathy Bowel Powder Usage Directions

For best effects please follow the instructions outlined here :

Take the Healthy Bowel drink 15 minutes before breakfast.
Mix a sachet of powder in a cup of cold water, preferably healthy water as described in my previous entries. Never use hot or warm water as the friendly bacteria in it will be killed rendering the powder useless.
Leave the drink for a few minutes to let it solidify into a thicker jelly-like form, but don't wait too long otherwise it will really become a jelly and will be quite hard to finish.
For quicker results, take another sachet before lunch.
Acording to records, you will need to consume three packs (3x10 sachets) for the "bowling ball" within your tummy to disappear. Meaning it will take roughly one month if you consume one sachet a day.
Drink plenty of water, the dislodged stools in your intestine need alot of fluid to flush them out. Else your constipation will appear to be worse than it was!
