The most common weight loss method is to substitute normal daily meals with eating apples only. The body's intake of calories will drop drastically if only apples are comsumed and the fibre content of the apples will expand on mixing with water giving one the feeling of fullness, thus easily achieve the effective results of dieting.
But eating only apples will cause null nutrition and leads to exhaustion, grogginess, fragile bones and other side effects.
Apple is actually a good diet food if supplemented with other nutritious food. For example,while taking apples take also some bread (carbonhydrates) and a little stew chicken meat (protein), you can even add a little bit of tomato and cucumber, in the form of salad or sandwich.
The nutrition and calories intake will be much more balanced and complete. The slimming process may be slower but it is better than ruining your health.
