(5) Always Swimming Yet The Body does Not Slim down

In order to reduce the feeling of hunger, drink a glass of milk or eat some crackers before doing physical execise.
This will prevent the reduction of blood sugar during physical training which will give rise to the urge to eat some thing immediately after execises.
Besides, you should drink a large glass of pure water after execise because dehydration will usually also make one feel hungry. In fact, water is the real replenishment needed for the body after physical trainings.
