2. Eating Too Much Processed Food
Most of the processed and seemingly tasty bread and cereals is another big stumbling block in your slimming programs. Beware, they are very low in fibre content - but food rich in fibre is a big help in weight loss, they are exceptionally low in carbohydrates and will give you the feeling of "full" and yet will not make you eat too much.

Solution :
Try to eat less potato based food, especially chips from today onwards. Advice from experts : Taking potato based food will quickly increase the concentration of blood sugar in our body. Throw away these soft white bread, crispy potato chips and low fibre breakfast styled food, try for a change the whole wheat,walnut and bean meals.
