You still need carbohydrate

Carbohydrate is the burning element in your body metabolism.
In the absence of carbohydrate, your body will still try to convert some of the protein from your body into carbohydrate before the body metabolism can procced.
The protein is muscle building ingredient which will give your body the curves, if too much of your protein is wasted, your body will look very flat. Worse still, if your body protein is going faster than the fat, the fatty parts will show. That will be unsightly!
Therefore please take in enough carbohydrate form rice,wheat,barley and other cereals.
