Is traditional herbal weight loss method effective?

The traditional way of reducing weight is slow but effective,permanent and will not put our bodies under any strain and drastic changes over a short period.
We put emphasis on first cleansing our body tissues,removing toxin accumulated over the years. Then we go about removing sturbon residues collected in our bowels. These residues not only make our bodies appear to bulge at the middle, they also prevent our bodies from absorbing nutrition to the fullest.
After that we will try to break down the sturbon fat-cells accumulated around our belly,upper arms,buttocks and the thighs. In other methods we starve and do vigorous exercises to reduce weight, but what is burned away is only the fats,not the fat-cells. Fat-cells are very hard to eliminate. Only our traditional herbal methods are effective against them.
