7. Complacent
"I lost 5kg,I should drink to it with my buddies!"
Forget the idea! My friend,even if you have a little success in weight loss, just losing 5kg or 10kg of weight and become complacent, then it is very likely that when we next meet, you are back to be that good old "chubby John" again. If you manage to lose a little weight, the best way to celebrate is to buy yourself a pair of new pants which is one size smaller.

Solution :
Maybe you are not contended, I just want to remind you not to become complacent. Try to recall : the price you paid for losing that 5kg. Are you prepared to go all over the painful process? After losing 5kg you should review the diet plan and physical training plans. With your new body weight and physical training level, you can calculate a new number. Then calculate what should be the new daily food intake and the extend of physical training. At this stage , it calls for great determinations on your part to defend the previous vitory and begin the attack on the next 5kg target. complacent means giving up whatever success you have gained so far.
