5. Cutting Down On Sleeping Hours
"Ok, since I'm so plump, guess cutting down on my sleep is the only way to waste away the fats." Can reducing sleeping hours get rid of excess flesh? Reserchers had done the following experiment : A group of healthy men were made to reduce their sleeping hours by 4 - 7 hours, making 6 days a cycle. The result showed that the content of sugar and insulin in their blood had increased, and broke the balance of muscular metabolism.This is very undesirable for those men who want loss weight, because excess insulin will increase the fat storage in the body. Obviously, there is no basis to weight loss by reducing sleep.

Solution :
You should maintain the normal amount of sleep, sleep for 8 hours per day, draw up a work and rest schedule. Try to recall, do you always wake up at the same time every morning? Before you sleep make sure to let yourself to have at least 8 hours of sleep, enough time to let yur muscular system to resume normal metabolism.
